  • What qualifies as a valid form of ID?
    All signers must be identified through one of the following identification documents or other methods listed in California Code 1185[b] We can accept the following forms of identification: US Passport Valid Passport from the Signers Country of Citizenship Current Driver's License Official Non Drivers ID Card Issued by State of CA or other US State *Some other forms of ID may be accepted if you aren't sure call, email or text to confirm before your signing appointment
  • Do you offer printing services?
    Yes! Please forward any documents you need us to print before your scheduled appointment. Pricing depends on the number of documents printed.
  • Do you travel to places like hospitals or correctional facilities?
    We travel almost anywhere! These are just some examples of locations we travel to: Hospitals Home visits Convalescent Homes Correctional Facilities Places of Business We have been in business for almost 15 years, believe us no place is too strange!
  • How much notice do you need for an appointment?
    We pride ourselves in providing same day appointments. To check for same day availability we recommend calling or texting (562) 261-7107 for a quick response time. If you have limited availability we do recommend booking at least one day in advance.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?

  • What do I do if my ID is expired?
    If you're ID is expired but has been issued within the last 5 years we can accept it. If it has been over 5 years you are required to bring two credible witnesses who have current physical ID's.
  • What if I only have a picture of my ID?
    The California Secretary of State does not allow us to accept pictures of IDs. You will then be required to bring two credible witnesses with valid ID. Good rule of thumb: If they would not accept it to get into a club in Vegas we probably cannot use it!
  • Who needs to physically attend the appointment?
    Any parties whose signature we are notarizing need to be physically present for the documents to be notarized with their valid form of ID.
  • Do you accept walk-ins?
    Since we also offer mobile notary services, we ask all clients to call (562) 261-7107 before coming to the office to make sure a staff member is present and available.
  • What do I need ready for the notary?
    - Fully completed and accurate documents (excluding any signatures and notary sections) - Valid form of ID
  • Should I sign the documents before my appointment?
    No! Since many documents require the signing to be physically witnessed by the notary, please wait and save all signatures for your appointment.
  • How long does an appointment usually take?
    Please allow 5 - 10 minutes per notary service required.
  • Are your translation services certified?
    Yes, all of our translations are certified/notarized. Currently we offer English and Spanish translations.
  • What is an Apostille? And why would I need one?
    An Apostille (pronounced 'ah-post-stille') is simply the name for a specialized certificate. The Apostille, which contains a stamped red seal, is attached to your original document to verify it is legitimate and authentic so it can be accepted in one of the other countries who are members of the Hague Apostille Convention. Best way to explain is if you are notarizing a document in one country and need to use it in a different country you will most likely need to Apostille the said document.
  • How long Does an Apostille Take?
